Keeping Secrets

Slipping out of Willow's bedroom door, Andy smiles at her. “Hey, thanks for getting in touch with me.” He gives her a hug and kisses her forehead. “I can't believe that you're … well yeah. Thanks. Don't mention this to Simon alright, he'll only tell Alec and Joey, and she's going through enough right now. I'll tell her, but not yet. Call me tomorrow and we'll get together.”
For the next two weeks Andy and Willow met in private once every couple of days. She would call him, or he would text her, and they would meet up in an out of the way place and spend several hours together. The stress of hiding this from Joey was getting to be too much on Andy.
“I have to tell her.” He says one day in the alley behind the Broken Wand “She's beginning to suspect something, and so is her brother. And just when I've gotten them to start trusting me.”
Willow takes his hand and squeezes it. “Not yet, not until we're sure. I mean, you said she's got some court thing she has to go to in California, and she's freaking out about that. Do you really want to add this to her pile of things to absorb right now?”
“Well, no. But I feel bad, keeping it from her like this. She has a right to know Will.”
“She does, and you'll tell her, but not yet. First, come look at this with me, I think you'll find it interesting.” Squeezing his hand again she stands and leads him back up to her room. A couple of hours later he comes out of the room, and hugs her again. “Call me if anything comes up. You're great Willow, I still can't believe you called me, but I can't tell you how thankful I am. You are exactly what I've been looking for, for so many years.” He kisses her cheek and hugs her again. “I'll see you soon.”
The next day, while with Tyler in a meeting for the new restaurant, he gets a text from Willow. “I need you, right away” was all it said. He cuts the meeting short with Tyler and runs out to his car, tossing his phone on the seat he gets ready to drive away, when he hears a POP, and there she is sitting in the passenger seat. She grins at him.
“Alright muggle boy, I know you like to drive fast, but your car's just not fast enough this time. We've got to go to Greece. I've got a room in a hotel there, I don't know if we're going to want to stay the night or not, but we're set if we need to.”
She takes his hand again, and he's swept out of his car, arriving in a small town on the coast of Greece. “This way.” She leads him toward a hotel.
“Willow, what are we doing here?”
“You'll see” she says with a twinkle in her eye, and drags him into the hotel. Late that night he emerges from the room she'd gotten.
“Shit shit shit shit shit! I forgot my phone. She's probably been calling me all day, I didn't even tell her where I was going. Fuck. Willow, please, take me home now.” He looks back up at the hotel. “I think that's enough for one day anyway.”
She takes him back to his car and he smiles down at her. “I don't even know what to say Willow, today was amazing.” He hugs her tightly and kisses her forehead again. “I love you.”
“I love you too Andy. I hope you're not in too much trouble with Joey. But you're right, today was amazing. I'll talk to you tomorrow.”
